摘要
本文通过当前社会对人才概念的误解和人才使用的误区的分析,提出了正确的人才观念,即具有一定的经验,知识和能力,能满足社会需求、能推动生产力发展、能为社会带来效益和有利于社会进步的人是人才。在人才需求分析的基础上,提出了培养各类人才的对策。
This paper analysis the misunderstanding of talent concept and misusing of talen t.It puts forwards the correct idea of talent.That is,all the persons who have r ich experience,knowledge and ability and can meet society requirement,can accele rate productivity development,can improve the beneficial result of society and can be propitious for society advancement are talent.On the base of analysis of talent requirement,the article proposes the countermeasures to train talent.
