摘要
介绍了工业在线过程质谱仪在高炉气体实时监测中的应用,比较了在线分析方法与传统方法的优缺点。提供了气体成分分析的典型精度及质谱仪的安装和通讯系统。
The application of VG PRIMA δB in the real time gas monitor for blast furnace is expounded compared with the traditional on line analysis methods.The typical precision of gas component analysis and the communication system of mass spectrometer are presented.
