^(99)锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐对类风湿关节炎的疗效观察

目的通过99锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐(99Tc-MDP)治疗类风湿关节炎(RA),观察其对RA活动性的影响。方法临床明确诊断为类风湿关节炎的患者62例,99Tc-MDP每日100mg静脉滴注,共15天,比较治疗前后临床表现及炎症指标的变化。结果使用99Tc-MDP治疗1个疗程后,62例RA患者的关节肿胀数(15±6.2vs.11±4.8)、关节压痛数(24±10vs.14±8)、晨僵时间(210±150vs.144±126分钟)、ESR(100.4±34.4vs.67.4±35.5mm/h)和CRP(94±71.5vs.29±27.7mg/L)均显著改善(p<0.01),PLT由239.5±56降至193.9±99×109/L(p=0.024)。结论99Tc-MDP可减轻类风湿关节炎的炎性活动、降低炎症活动指标,为治疗活动性RA提供了新的手段。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 99Tc-MDP on activity of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Sixty two cases of RA patients were injected 99Tc-MDP intravenously by 100mg/d for fifteen days, and pro- and post- clinical situation and index of activity of RA were analyzed. Results At the end of one course, the number of swollen joints (15±6.2 vs. 11±4.8), the number of tender joints (24±10 vs. 14±8), morning stiffness (210±150 vs. 144±126 min), ESR(100.4 ±34.4 vs. 67.4±35.5 mm/h) and CRP (94±71.5 vs. 29±27.7 mg/L) were all improved significantly (P<0.01), and PLT was decreased from 239.5±56 to 193.9±99×10 9/L (P=0.024). Conclusion 99Tc-MDP can improve clinical symptom and decrease inflammatory activity of RA. It may be a new agent for active RA.
