摘要 目的探讨B超引导下建立经皮肾穿刺造瘘行经皮肾输尿管镜取石术(PCNL)的通道的方法、安全性及有效性。方法53例单侧肾结石,左28例,右25例。在B超定位下行经皮肾穿刺造瘘,置入F12硅胶引流管,1周后经通道行PCNL。结果52例穿刺成功,1例穿刺失败,1周后再次穿刺成功,1例穿刺后2天造瘘管滑出,改开放手术。无1例出现并发症。结论B超引导建立经皮肾穿刺造瘘通道行PCNL,方法简单,成功率高,并发症少,效果良好。 Objective To explore the feasibility,safety and availabitity of sonographically percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) in treatment of renal calculi. Methods Among 53 cases of renal calculi,renal calculi located in left in 28 cases, right in 25 cases. A renal tract for PCNL was established under the guide of ultrasound and a 12F drainage tube was put in it. PCNL was carried out by the aisle one week later. Results Aisles were established in 52 cases, and failed in 1 case but re-established a week later. Operation was performed in 1 case because drainage tube slide out. No complication existed. Conclusion PCNL is an effective, safe and simple treatment method for real calculi.
