诺维本加奥沙利铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌

目的观察并评价诺维本加奥沙利铂联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法22例均为临床和病理确诊为晚期非小细胞肺癌,予以诺维本25mg/m2,静脉滴注,d1,d8;奥沙利铂130mg/m2,dl,静脉滴注。3周为1周期,连续2～4周期,观察化疗疗效及毒副反应。结果22例中CR1例(4.55%),PR8例(36.36%),NC9例(40.91%),PD4例(18.18%)。毒副反应主要是周围神经炎,其次是骨髓抑制。结论诺维本加奥沙利铂治疗晚期小细胞肺癌疗效确切,只要处理得当,毒副反应可以耐受。

Objective To observe the effect of vinorelbine puls oxaliplatin on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 22 advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were treated by vinorelbine plus oxaliplatin, vinorelbine 25mg/m 2,d l,d 8,and oxaliplatin 130mg/m 2,d 1. A cycle consisted 3 weeks and persisted for 2-4 cycles. The effect and side-effect are observed strictly on each patient. Results 1 patient are complete remission (CR)( 4.55%) and 8 cases are partially remission (PR)(36.36%).The main side-effect was neurotoxicity and bone marrow depression. Conclusions Chemotherapy with vinorelbine plus oxaliplatin is safe and effective for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
