摘要
为探讨强化训练条件下豚鼠跟腱胶原及蛋白多糖的变化。训练后切取其双侧跟腱,分别用天狼猩红及甲苯胺兰染色,偏振光显微镜下观察Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及蛋白多糖的变化,并半定量分析。结果显示强化训练后Ⅲ型胶原含量相对明显增加,并且成纤维细胞及黏多糖含量也增多。表明强化训练加速肌腱胶原及蛋白多糖的转化,以适应其力学的需要。
In order to study the changes of collagen and proteoglycan in guinea pig Achilles tendon under enhanced training conditions, the bilateral Achilles tendons were taken after training guinea pig and stained by picrosirius and toluidine blue, respectively; the changes of collagens I and III and proteoglycan were observed under micropolariscope and semiquantitatively analyzed. The results showed that after enhanced training, the relative level of collagen III was significantly increased and so was the levels of fibroblasts and glycosaminoglycans, suggesting that enhanced training could speed up the transformation of the collagen and proteoglycan in the tendon so as to adapt the mechanical needs.
