全馏分油加氢精制专家系统的开发与应用

摘要   介绍了全馏分油加氢精制装置,在整理和总结装置投产以来的操作经验及有关专家知识的基础上,利用Intemor软件平台,将专家知识进行量化和程序化,借助工厂业已建立的实时数据网络,对装置过程和设备运行参数进行智能监控,实现故障和隐患的及时捕捉预报,使少数装置技术精英掌握的经验、专家知识更好地服务于装置的继续生产。 Based on summarizing and coordinating the operation experience and expert knowledge of the whole fraction oil hydrotreating,the expert knowledge was transformed into data and program language on the Intemor software platform.By dint of the established PHD (Process History Data) network,the Intemor system utilizes this transformed expert knowledge to monitor the parameters of process intelligently,to catch and forecast the failure and the hidden trouble of the running status of process and facility.Thus the experience and expert knowledge,which only be predominated by fewness who outstand in technique,would even better be served to the later production.
