应用泪膜干涉成像方法诊断干眼的初步临床研究

目的研究泪膜干涉成像方法对干眼诊断的意义,并与临床上常用的其他干眼检查方法相结合,探讨上述检查方法之间的关系和对干眼诊断的指导意义。方法采用标准的干眼调查问卷,确定符合标准的研究对象。对460例符合标准的干眼患者的DR-1泪膜干涉成像仪静态图像分级资料和SchirmerI试验的测定值进行分析。结果460例患者中SchrimerI值有随年龄呈下降的趋势,泪膜级别随年龄的增加有增加的趋势。SchrimerI值与级别之间有显著性的相关关系(P=0.006,R=0.09),但相关系数较小。结论泪膜的级别在一定程度上能够反映泪液的量,但可能与其他因素有关系,泪膜干涉成像方法可以作为干眼诊断的初步筛查手段。

Objective To investigate the value of tear film interferometry for diagnosis of dry eye. Methods The patients of dry eye were chosen according to standard questionnaire. The data about the DR-1 tear interference images and the Schirmer I value of 460 patients (920 eyes) were analyzed. Results The Schirmer I test value decreased when aged, whereas the grades of DR-1 tear interference images increased. The relationship between Schirmer I test value and grades was significant (P=0.006, R=0.09). Conclusions Generally, the grades of tear film interferometry would increase when the volume of tear decreases, but other factors should be considered. The tear film interferometry is convenient and easy, and can be used as a primary method for dry eye diagnosis.
