摘要
通过制定有效的规则可以保证产权交易实现价格发现功能,本文围绕产权交易过程中的价格形成的关键环节,结合经典的拍卖理论,来探讨如何设计有效的交易规则来实现产权的价值,进而达到资源有效配置。
Effective rules can realize the intrinsic value of the objective in the process of exchange. Combined with the auction theory, this paper put forward how to design effective price-finding mechanism to realize the truth value of property based on the exchange method in order to promote the property efficient allocation.
