论高职就业指导体系的构建和“四动”法 被引量:3

摘要 "高职教育就是就业教育"这一判断的重大意义,在于充分揭示了"就业"工作在高职教育系统运行和持续健康发展中作为"关键因子"的本质属性、导航地位和评价功能.高职院校要提高学生的就业竞争力,就业指导工作体系的合理构建和方法创新是极为重要的条件.做好就业指导工作的"四动"方法分别是:内力启动、教师导动、典型带动和环境推动.
