Automatic Measurement of Phases Volume Fraction in Multi-phase Al loys Based on Extenics

该文介绍了多相合金相体积分数测定的基本方法。在金相数字图像中以颜色特征为基础建立起相体积分数测定的物元模型,并给出关于颜色特征的节域及经典域确定方法。该文比较讨论了自动测定方法与人工测定方法的差异。实验数据表明,该方法是有效的。

In this paper,the basic measurement theory of phases volume fraction in multi-phase alloys is introduced.Based on the color features in the digital metallographic image,the matter-element model of phases volume fraction measurement is established.The method to attain the classical domain and limited domain of the color features is given.The differences between the automatic measurement and manual measurement are disscussed.The data of experiment show that the method is available.
