三峡库区外迁移民迁出世代生活的故土家园而重辟生活空间,其心态必然发生重大变化。在已经实现移民“搬得出”的基础上,要继续实现“稳得住,逐步能致富”的目标,各级政府和移民机构必须及时了解和掌握移民的心态,方能更好地完善移民后期扶持政策,作出移民工作的科学决策,推动移民经济的可持续发展。

The emigrants in the Dam area, leaving their hometown of generations and reconstructing their new one, surely undergo great psychological changes. After those people’s “moving out successfully”, it is expected to realize “staying there and getting rich step by step”. Governments and resettling sections at all levels can improve emigrant-supporting policies at later period, make scientific decisions about resettling work, and push forward the sustainable development of resettlement economy if they grasp the state of mind of emigrants in time.
