列车车轮数控车削余量在线测量技术

On-line measuring technique for NC machining allowance of rail wheels

摘要 针对列车车轮毛坯轧制时尺寸不均匀、散差较大、按最大毛坯编程加工效率偏低的情况, 阐述了在具有切削力检测功能的数控系统中,对毛坯制造误差大的工件数控加工时,其加工余量在线测量的原理和方法,推导出了走刀次数、切削深度和刀具轨迹的计算公式,并以某规格的列车车轮的车削加工为例研究了测量工艺规划的要点。 Considering the dimensional inhomogeneity of rough wheel for railcar, the large range of deviation and the low machining efficiency when the machining process is programmed based on the largest dimension of raw workpiece, the paper outlines the principle and method of on - line measurement of machining allowance during the NC machining of heavily deviated workpiece using NC system with cutting force detection function, and deduces the formulae of cutting paths, cutting depth and tolling trace at the same time. The key points of measurement planning is also illustrated.
