摘要
列出了满足AAR标准的E级钢的力学性能指标;介绍了无镍E级钢的化学成分,并重点控制了有害杂质磷、硫的含量;研究了无镍E级钢的热处理工艺;研制了各项性能指标完全符合美国AAR-M201标准规定的E级钢。
In order to improve the liability of railway transportation, great amount of alloyed cast steel are applied to manufacture the critical parts for locomotives and rolling stocks. Grade E cast steel, used widely in China , contains certain amount of nickel. Nickel however is not only expensive, but also one of the metals in short supply in domestic market. In this paper, the effects of nickel and heat treatment temperatures on the mechanical properties of cast steel are investigated under different melting and heat treatment conditions. The testing results show that nickel is not necessary for grade E cast steel. Through adjusting the chemical composition and reducing harmful impurities such as P & S, a new type of cast steel grade E is developed, which has a good casting capability and weld-ability , and can be heat - treated under the same condition as that for conventional grade E cast steel.
