葡萄糖酸锌鼻用喷雾剂与感冒喷雾剂治疗感冒的随机多中心临床研究

Multicenter clinical trial of zinc gluconate nasal spray and cold spray in the treatment of common cold

目的 评价葡萄糖酸锌鼻用喷雾剂治疗感冒的临床疗效和安全性。方法 用前瞻性随机对照多中心试验设计,以国产感冒喷雾剂为阳性对照药,共纳入感冒患者151例,完成疗程及观察143例,试验组70例,对照组73例。结果 葡萄糖酸锌鼻用喷雾剂与感冒喷雾剂临床总有效率分别为94. 29%和91. 78%, 2者比较差异无显著性(P>0. 05); 2组药物不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论 国产葡萄糖酸锌鼻用喷雾剂治疗感冒临床疗效确切,使用安全。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and tolerability of zinc gluconate nasal spray in the treatment of common cold. Methods A randomized, single blind, placebo controlled multicenter clinical trial was conducted. One hundred and forty three patients were finished. Seventy patients were given zinc gluconate nasal spray(trial), while 73 patients were given cold spray(control). The clinical efficiency and adverse effect were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the clinical efficiency between zinc gluconate nasal spray group and cold spray group (P>0.05). The adverse reactions to both drugs were similar. Conclusion The result suggested that the zinc gluconate nasal spray is safe and effective in the treatment of common cold.
