摘要 本文利用高性能聚酰亚胺树脂为基体材料,与不同组成、不同比例的BaTiO3粉末复合,制备了高密度聚合物复合绝缘材料,并研究了其电性能。实验发现随着BaTiO3含量的增加,复合材料电阻率下降,相对介电常数升高,介质损耗角正切提高。所制备的试样介电常数超过了30,直流下击穿场强大于300kV cm。还介绍了高储能密度复合绝缘材料和固体Blumlein及其应用的现状和发展。 In this paper, the situation and development of high energy density composite materials and stack Blumlein were introduced. The samples were made by adding BaTiO_3 of different ingredient and ratio into polyimide resin with mixing and curing. The sample's radius was 50mm and thicknesses were from 2mm to 3mm. The electrical performance of composite material was also tested. Experiment results showed that the composite's resistance was decreased, but dielectric constant and tgδ were increased with the increase of BaTiO_3'content. Though the sample group A and B had different ingredients in that group B's dielectric constant of BaTiO_3 additive was higher than group A, the dielectric constant of them was quite close. With the increase of frequency, the composite's dielectric constant was reduced a little, while tgδ was increased. The composite materials with dielectric constants reaching over 30 and electrical fields surpassing 300kV/cm were achieved.
