摘要
低气压高湿度条件下的果蔬贮藏保鲜具有保鲜效果好,经济效益高的特点,尤其结合空气放电保鲜技术,既解决了这种保鲜的病害防治,又提高了保鲜效果,成为真正的绿色保鲜,因此是近年来的研究发展方向。本文针对这种低气压高湿度条件,实验研究了对这种保鲜有益的负离子的产生方法及其规律和数据,为设计果蔬负压保鲜负离子发生器提供参考和依据。
The storage of fruit under the low-pressure and the high humidity is highly effective and profitable. Especially, combination of this technology with electric discharge in air will not only solve the problem of sterilization but also raise the effect on keeping fresh. In this paper we try to research the causes of negative ion generation and to find its working mechanism under the low-pressure and the high humidity. According to the result of the experimentation we can optimize its implementation and to make the working state as perfect and effective as possible.
