摘要
新中国建立5 0多年来,特别是改革开放2 0多年来,中国农业发展取得显著成就,但是目前仍然面临诸多新的挑战,应该进一步推进现代农业建设的进程。中国2 0 0 3年人均国民生产总值首次超过10 0 0美元,面临着加强食物与营养工作的战略机遇。食物安全涉及到食物的数量、质量、营养、资源以及食品工业等多方面内容,应该树立以人为本的思想和科学发展观。14年来中国绿色食品事业的发展为食物安全做出了重要贡献,但在绿色食品的发展规模、技术支撑、管理体制等方面还要进一步扎实工作,促进绿色食品事业的更大发展,为新时期的食物安全、为全面小康社会的建设做出更大贡献。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, especi ally sin ce 1978, China has gained significant achievements in agricultural development. However, at present China is facing new challenges and must further push ahead t he process of modernized agricultural construction. In 2003, While the per capit a GDP exceeded 1 000 USD in for the first time in history,China was faced with the s trategic opportunity of strengthening food and nutrition work. Food security inv o lves quantity, quality, nutrition, resource of food as well as many aspects of w ork in food industry. It is essential to establish the thought of concerning th e vital interests of the people and scientific development outlook, take the “De v elopment Program of Food and Nutrition in China' as the guide, and assure the fo od security in China in the new era. The 14 years of development of Green Food C ause in China has made important contributions to food security. However, it is essential to do more solid work in green food development scale, technical suppo rt and management system, so as to promote even greater development of green foo d cause and make even greater contributions to food security in the new era and to building a well-off society in an all-round way.
