关节镜下手术治疗踝关节结核

Ankle TB treated by arthroscopy

目的探讨微创手术治疗踝关节结核的方法。方法通过踝关节镜下手术进行踝关节结核的病灶清除术和关节融合术。结果通过踝关节镜下手术治疗了12例踝关节结核病人,术后病人一般情况迅速恢复,关节全部达到骨性融合,结核没有复发。结论通过关节镜技术施行踝关节结核手术是一个损伤小、恢复快、疗效肯定的方式,而且手术操作相对简单,值得广泛推广应用。

To explore a new way ( micro-wound operation ) to treat the ankle TB. Through ankle arthroscopy, the debridgement and fusion of tibiotalar joint was performed. 12 patients with ankle TB were treated by arthroscopy. After operation, the patients had recovered well, all operated tibiotalar joints had achieved to bony confluence, the TBs didn′t relapse. [Conclusion] The patients treated by this operation were damaged little, recovered soon. So, it is very effective and worth to spread widely.
