气道术后狭窄的内镜下治疗

Therapy of stricture after air way operation by bronohoscope

目的研究气道术后狭窄的内镜下治疗效果。方法对7例气道术后狭窄病人进行经纤维支气管镜微波治疗。结果7例病人经过治疗后临床症状均得到明显改善,狭窄管腔全部通畅。结论经纤支镜微波热凝术为气道成形术后再狭窄的治疗开辟了一条新途径。

To review the therapy result of stricture after air way operation by bronchoscope. Seven patients with stricture after air way operation were treated by microwave under bronchoscope. The seven patients got obvious relief in clinical manifestation, all narrow tracheas were unblocked. [Conclusions] The microwave coagulation therapy with bronchoscope opens a new trails for stricture after air way forming operation.
