目的总结腹腔镜胆囊切除术310例结石漏入腹腔的原因及处理。方法回顾310例胆囊结石漏入腹腔的处理方法,包括原因、预防、处理措施。结果310例胆囊结石漏入腹腔病例均没有发生腹腔脓肿,均为7￣9d出院。结论术中紧急处理漏入腹腔之胆囊结石,可减少并发症及腹腔脓肿的发生,对结石漏入腹腔未能全部取出的病人可严密观察随访,不必中转开腹。

To sum up the causes and treatments of 310 cases with leaking the gallstones into abdominal cavities during laparoscopic cholecystectomies. 310 cases of leaking the gallstones into abdominal cavities was reviewed about causes, prevention and treatment methods. 310 cases of leaking the gallstones into abdominal cavities had not been leaded abdominal abcess, they all had been discharged within 7~9 days. [Conclusion] Urgen treatment of leaking gallstones into abdominal cavities in operation could be reduced the abdominal aboess and other complication to occur, if the patients whose gallstones leaking into abdominal cavities had not been removed inamediately, and we must be carefully to observe and follow up, and not take some laparotomy before our time.
