摘要
文章提出建筑企业对工程项目管理应引入市场竞争机制,推行市场化管理,依靠市场调配工程项目生产要素资源,从而提高工程项目投资效益。
This paper raises that building enterprises should introduce market competition mechanism to project management, pursue marketization management and distribute essential factors of production of engineering project by market forces, thus increasing investment profit of engineering project .
