溴氰菊酯对中华稻蝗(Oxya chinensis)SOD及GSH-Px活性的影响

Effects of Deltamethrin on Activity of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH-Px) in Oxya chinensis

采用酶活性分析法研究了溴氰菊酯对中华稻蝗SO D及G SH-Px活性的影响。结果表明,溴氰菊酯作用于中华稻蝗时,其体内SO D及G SH-Px活性发生变化。随着溴氰菊酯浓度的提高,SO D活性变化的趋势表现为先增大后减小。当浓度为0.02、0.14、0.26μg·μL-1时,浓度相同、不同性别的中华稻蝗SO D活性差异显著。随着溴氰菊酯浓度的提高,雄性中华稻蝗G SH-Px活性先增大后减小;而雌性中华稻蝗G SH-Px先减小后增大。当浓度为0.02、0.14μg·μL-1时,浓度相同、不同性别的中华稻蝗G SH-Px活性差异显著。溴氰菊酯作为化学农药对中华稻蝗的生理生化有着明显的作用,当处理剂量较低时,中华稻蝗对其为应激适应,在浓度较高时为应激损伤。

Grasshopper Oxya chinensis is an agricultural pest damaging gramineous plants like wheat and rice. It has been documented that the pesticide deltamethrin, widely used for it low toxicity and high efficiency, causes alterations in various enzymatic systems in insects. This study examined the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in O. chinensis injected with deltamethrin concentration series. The SOD activity increased in the grasshoppers exposed to deltamethrin of low concentrations. However the high concentrations of the pesticide were found inhibitive to SOD activity. MeanwhileO. chinensis showed significant sexual difference in SOD activities when exposed to deltamethrin of 0.02, 0.14 and 0.26 μg·μL-1. A similar sexual variation was also observed in GSH-Px at concentrations of 0.02 to 0.14 μg·μL-1, whose activities is enhanced by deltamethrin at low concentrations but inhibited at high concentrations in male grasshoppers. In contrast, the female grasshoppers showed opposite response. The data suggested that Oxya chinensis may responds through biochemical and physiological regulations to deltamethrin of lower concentrations, beyond which the toxic effects could be non-nonreversible.
