高校学生管理工作的目的是实现学生自由全面发展。面对新形势,高校在学生管理工作中应当确立以学生为本的理念,强化服务意识,努力促进学生全面发展。

The purpose of management to student in university is to attain the free and complete development.Under the new situation,the university should establish the thought of 'serving students',strengthen the serving conciousness, and make every effect to promote students' full development.
