本文认为W TO的道德本质在于经济的全球化与各个国家利益的统一与协调。W TO的众多规则蕴含了充分满足人的欲望的道德理念、国际贸易自由的理念、国际贸易平等的理念、契约与诚信理念等,W TO的道德问题必然是与时俱进的。

The article believes that the moral essence of the WTO is economic globalization and the unite and harmony of all countries’s benefit.Many rules of WTO include the idea that human being’s desire should be fulfilled, the idea that international trade should be free , the idea that international trade should be equal,the idea of contract and faith. The moral principle of WTO should be advance in time.
