Sustainable development direction and specific proposals for Shaanxi large and medium private-operated technology enterprises are studied.Some development problems,such as conservative ideas,lack of expanding motive,tie-up of technology innovation,irregular management,are unfavarable for their sustainable growth.Furthmore,sustainable development direction and specific proposals are offered here,such as scientific administration,multiple financing methods,technology innovation,consolidating man force management,which will be helpful to promote them.
