摘要
建立核威慑能力定量化模型,进行定量化评估.在论述核威慑的本质含义基础上,通过分析核威慑的相关因素,结合定性分析,给出了核威慑的一种定量分析模型;结合专家评估,对美、俄、中核威慑能力进行了定量分析.结果表明该模型简单适用,对核威慑运用于决策研究具有参考价值.
Nuclear deterrence effectiveness model is established and its value is evaluated. On the base of discussing the concept and meaning of nuclear deterrence ,by analyzing the relative factors of nuclear deterrence, combining with the qualitative analysis, a quantitative model for nuclear deterrence is set up. By using the expert's estimation information, the capacities of nuclear deterrence of USA, Russia and China are characterized quantitatively in this paper. The results show that this model is convenient and practical for use,it can be used in nuclear operations decision.
