摘要
以电脑刺绣机针杆机构为研究对象,推导出针杆机构动力学平衡方程式,用C语言编写程序,求解针杆机构动力学平衡方程,得出了各构件支反力及平衡力矩的变化范围,分析了针杆机构的支反力特性.
Based on the study of the needle bar mechanism in computerized embroidery machine, the dynamic equilibrium equation was deduced. The equation was solved by means of C program,the change range of the reactive force and the equilibrium force torque are acquired,the performance of the reactive force are analyzed in detail.
