摘要
研究纳米无机材料的抗菌防螨性能,开发新型的功能性针织服装,介绍了纳米防螨抗菌剂的配制过程和纳米防螨抗菌织物的生产工艺流程,并通过涂层浸轧方法进行整理.实验表明,经纳米材料整理的真丝针织服装对螨虫有较高的驱避效果,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌有很高的抑制作用.
In order to develop a new type of functional knitwear, the anti-mite and micro-organism resistance of the inorganic nano material is studied. The production technological process is introduced, it is finished by the method of covering dip padding. The experiment manifests that silk knitting costume being finished by the inorganic nano material has a better prevent effect from the mite and a stronger restrain impact toward the enterobacter hafnia, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans.
