摘要
对激励机制进行了准确界定,并通过构建具有激励机制的柔性资源约束型项目进度问题(FRCPSP-IM)的数学模型,分析了激励机制的优化问题.结果表明,激励机制由截至日期和激励强度共同决定,只有当截至日期位于项目工期的可行域时激励机制才是有效的,此时满足工期要求的最小激励强度即为最优的激励强度.截至日期的有效范围及对应的最优激励强度可以通过求解FRCPSP-IM来获得.最后通过数值算例对研究结果做了说明,并指出了进一步的研究方向.
The conception of incentive mechanism is defined, and the mathematic model of flexible resource constrained project scheduling problem with incentive mechanism is fomulated (FRCPSP-IM) to optimum incentive mechanism. The results show that incentive mechanism comprises expired date and incentive intensity, and expired date is effective only if it lies in feasible extent of the project duration, and the minimal incentive intensity is the optimum incentive intensity. The effective extent of expired date and the corresponding optimum incentive intensity can be figured out through the model of FRCPSP-IM. Ultimately, the outcomes of the research are illustrated by the numerical value instance,and several recommendations for further research are put forward.
