本文以中药利水消肿、解毒化瘀、益气健脾、温阳补肾阶段疗法配合小剂量强的松治疗老年期原发性肾病综合症21例，总有效率90．5％。提示本疗法对本病缓解体征，消除蛋白尿，防止复发有较好的作用。
