腐败问题是人们最担忧的重大社会问题之一。遏制腐败的关键是权力监督体制的健全,建构人大本位的权力监督体系是从体制上消除制度性腐败的必然选择。建构人大本位的权力监督体系包括的内容:加强人大代表自身建设;尽早制定和颁布有中国特色的监督法;优化内部结构;提高监督能力;借助新闻舆论监督;提高和增强人大监督力度等方面。

Corruption problem is one of the great social concerns which worries people most, , it is key to perfect supervision system for better corruption containment. Starting from strengthening deputy to the National People's Congress self-building, optimizing the inside structure and improve the ability of supervising, making and enacting supervision law with Chinese characteristic as soon as we can, raising and strengthening supervising ability of National People's Congress through the agency of media supervision,this paper discusses how to strengthen and perfect the supervision system of National People's Congress from three respect
