本文应用管理经济学的基本理论,结合作者在校办企业的实际操作,从企业经营中风险的特点、风险的识别、风险的防范等诸方面探讨校办企业在运作中可能对学校带来的风险,为有效地防范校办企业的风险提供了一个可以操作的思路,以求得校办企业的健康发展。

This paper tempts to, by introducing basic theories of Economic Management and with combination of operational experiences of the author getting from the school-owned enterprises (SOEs),discuss possible risks caused by the operation of SOEs from several points, such as the characteristics, recognition and prevention of risk etc., usually happens in the business management, try to provide a thought of practical operation for preventing school-owned properties(SOPs)rids with good will for healthy development of them.
