浅议新时期高校声像档案的管理与利用

Management and Application of Audiovisual Archives in New-era Colleges and Universities

声像档案是一个单位档案的重要组成部分,但目前在管理上存在着许多问题。可通过建立切实可行的制度、改善保管环境、加强档案人员培训、探索数字档案管理等方法来加强管理;通过建立校史陈列室、利用计算机网络开发档案资源、开展声像档案编研工作等途径来提高声像档案的利用价值。

Audiovisual archives are an important component in a unit's archives, but there exist many management problems. This paper holds that the archives management can be enforced by establishing practicable systems, improving the storing environment, training the archivists and probing into digital archives management.It also maintains that the audiovisual archives can be put to better use by establishing college history showroom,applying network to developing archives resources and researching on the compiling of audiovisual archives.
