摘要
介绍了场发射阴极阵列的特性。系统地介绍发射体材料的选择以及发射体形状与发射特性关系，获取最大发射电流密度，提高发射性能所采取的措施。
The characteristics of field emitter array is described in this paper. The ralationbetween the emitter characteristics and its material and tip geometry is discussed. The measurements to obtain the tip maximum emitter current density are also introduced.
