BOT在我国水务行业中的应用及风险规避

在我国城市化水平迅速提高的背景下,由于投资体制改革跟不上城市水务发展的投资需求,作为城市水务主要投资主体的城市政府普遍存在财政资金不足的问题。本文指出在国家正确引导下,在水务行业实行BOT模式的意义,并对其风险规避进行了分析。

With the developing of our country’s economy & city construction,the demanding of water supply & city drainage is increasing rapidly. But our country has no enough capital to invest in water industry construction. In this article,the writer suggest that we can applicate BOT in water industry construction to attract foreign & private capital. Further,we should evade the financing risk of Appliciating BOT in water industry to increase the utilization of capital.
