大城市副中心建设理论与实践

城市副中心是位于城市边缘区的次级商业商务中心。国外成功的副中心往往有合理的区位、便捷的交通系统、多样化的商务空间、完善的配套设施,以及良好的景观文化环境。这为我国城市副中心建设提供了可资借鉴的经验。

Sub-CBD is the sub- business centre, located in the edge of city. In the successful Sub-CBDs overseas, there are rational positions, convenient traffic system , diversified commercial rooms , perfect auxiliary facilities, and good environment. We can use the experiences for reference in constructing Sub-CBDs in China.
