社区晚期癌症患者发生抑郁的相关因素调查

Survey on related factors of depression incidence among patients with terminal cancers

目的 了解社区晚期癌症患者发生抑郁的相关因素,探讨有效的干预措施。方法 选择深圳市人民医院宁养院晚期癌症患者30 0例进行调查。①采用抑郁量表(SDS)对患者进行心理情绪评定;②采用数字疼痛强度分级法(NRS)对癌痛程度进行评估;③采用患者一般状况计分标准(KPS)对患者生活质量评估。结果 晚期癌症患者抑郁发生的相关因素与癌痛、家庭经济状况、生活质量下降有关(P <0 .0 1)。结论 抑郁是晚期癌症患者最常见的心理危机,应重视对患者心理疏导及健康教育,提高心理承受能力。

Objective To investigate the related factors of depression incidence among patients with terminal cancers. Methods The following 3 evaluation scale were conducted among 300 patients with terminal cancers.(1)Adopt self-rating depression to evaluate the psychological status of those patients.(2) Adopt numerical rating scale (NRS) to evaluate pain degrees of those patients. (3)Adopt Karnofsky physical scale(KPS) to investigatethe life quality. ResultsIncidence of depression among patientswith terminal cancers was related with cancer pain,family economic status and life quality (P<0.001). Conclusion Depression is the most common psychological crisis for patients with terminal cancers. Mental health education should be strengthened for patients.
