俄罗斯发展外贸的政策和措施

RUSSIA'S POLICY AND MEASURES FOR DEVELOPING FOREIGN TRADE

自俄罗斯独立以来,俄政府虽出台了一系列优惠政策鼓励外贸发展,但由于国际和国内形势的不断变化,俄罗斯外贸一直没有走上合理发展的轨道,存在着大量的问题亟待解决。俄罗斯应该调整现行外贸政策,采取有效的措施,借助即将入世的有利条件,改变单一的能源外贸的被动局面,促进外贸的发展。

Since Russia's independence,although Russian governamet worked out a series of preferential policies for encouraging foreign trade development,its foreign trade has not entered into the orbit of rational development,but has many problems to be resolved,with the constant change of situation home and abroad.Russia should reshuffle its policies on foreign trade,adopt effective measures,make use of favorable conditions of entering the WTO,change the passive state of a single energy trade and promote foreign trade development.
