The problem -- agriculture, rural area and peasants, as the result of social transition process, will have a long way to go. Just the hard way lead to the great differentiation between the west and east, rural areas and town, which, in turn, put the peasants on the further weakening way and become the biggest unjust problem. As a result of which, the peasants are being excluded from the main political and social system. On this point, the problem, in fact, is the result of social exclusion and social unjust.
