摘要
从分析水事纠纷的基本类型和特征出发,阐述了当前我国预防和调处水事纠纷的法律机制现状及其缺陷。
Beginning with the fundamental types and characteristics of water disputers, this article intends to expound on the status quo and defects of the water disputes prevention and solution system of China, and put forward some advice on the perfection of it.
