摘要 为了确定球团竖炉生产能力(利用系数)与结构和操作参数之间的定量关系,以球团竖炉利用系数为目标,用热成像仪分析竖式移动床内气固传热规律,研究了料层中火焰穿透深度、焙烧加热高度和结构与操作参数之间的关系。 In order to guantitatively decide the relations of productivity with the factors of construction and operation, the heat transfer between gas and solid in the pelletizing shaft furnace was studied by thermal CAM, and the quantitative relations of flame through deep with the factors of construction and operation were found out.
