莱钢新型生石灰消化器的研制与应用

A NEW TYPE OF BURNT LIME SLAKER

莱钢烧结厂研制了一种新型的生石灰消化器。该消化器内部设计了特殊的搅拌破碎装置,采用雾化加水,叶片表面喷涂耐磨且不易粘料的新型材料,具有消化效果好、不堵塞、不扬尘、使用寿命长等优点,投入使用后,效果明显。

A new type of burnt lime slaker have been developed by LAIGANG sintering plant. It was equipped with the special stirrer and the sprayer. Its helical vanes were coated with wear material which can prevent binding. This lime slaker possess many advantages e.g. the satisfactory slaking effect, block-free, dust-free and longer lifetime etc.. Now, this slaker has been perfectly used in LAIGANG.
