摘要
石家庄钢铁股份有限公司炼铁厂为改善烧结矿质量,通过优化配矿、提高料层以及烧结矿二元碱度等措施,使烧结矿转鼓强度从69 80 %提高到74 15 %,取得了显著的效果。
In order to improve sinter quality, a series of measures e.g. optimizing of mix material proportioning , increase of sintering bed depth and adjustment of sinter basicity etc. were adopted in SHIGANG sintering plant. As a result the sinter tumble strength was increased from 69.8% to 74.15% and the BF operating index was also improved.
