装饰造型法由从传统装饰造型中借鉴到由传统向现代转换,重点要落在转换。如何借鉴,又如何转换,可用"融合与互渗"来概括其中之精要。从借鉴的角度来谈,是以传统为主体而言的,提倡从传统文化艺术、精神,传统的造型元素、表现技法及材料入手,将现代因素渗入传统;从转换的角度来谈,是以现代为主体而言的,可从图形创意阶段与图形表现阶段入手,将传统因素融入现代之中。
