To reinforce the building of the students' Party branch and bring new ideas into the methods and styles of its activities and increase its cohesion and its combat effectiveness so as to build it into a firm stronghold for carrying out the ideological and political education for college students, are actions fro the reinforcement and improvement of the Party building in colleges and universities in the new period.
