通过多方面的对比与分析,对青藏铁路电力GIS设计中的诸多问题进行了逐一探讨。包括了设计的原则、应注意的特殊问题、系统应实现的功能、软件体系结构等,并对具体的软件开发平台、开发方法进行了简要说明。

Based on the use of GIS in Utilities Electric Co, this paper analyzes the special geography of QingZang area and the pattern of railway electric supply, and gives the design of railway electrical GIS used in QingZang railway department.
