In the case of existing of the magnetic monopole, we introduce the concept of doublet potentials. Firstly, the relationship between the field strengths and the doublet potentials is give, and then from Euler-Lagrange equation, the electromagnetic duality Maxwell equation is also obtained. Then the energy-momentum tensor and its properties of sources are discussed. Finally, in the presence of sources, the law of conservation of the electromagnetic field energy and momentum are discussed.
