摘要
在语言学研究领域的新兴学科—对照语篇分析学 (contrastivewrittendiscoursea nalysis)的范畴内对英汉思维模式及语篇结构的规律进行对比、分析,揭示中西方不同的思维习惯对于语篇模式的显著影响,从而启示中国的英语学习者应树立英汉思维差异和语篇模式差异的认识,全面把握英语语言的本质特征。
A contrastive analysis of cultural thought patterns and written discourse patterns between English and Chinese is made, and its implications for ESL learning are presented. The study aims to enhance Chinese ESL learners' awareness of E-C thought and discourse differences, and thus to help them have a deeper understanding of the nature of English as the target language.
