介绍了天津钢管公司168新型钢管厂穿孔机主传动同步电机采用的ABB公司的ACS6000中压变频传动系统。论述了该系统中应用的先进的IGCT大功率元件的技术特点,ACS6000变频传动柜的控制软件、硬件组成及特点。
The paper introduces ACS6000 medium voltage variable frequency drive system made by ABB company which is adopted in the main drive synchronous motors of piercing mill in the New 168 Pipe Mill Plant of TPCO. The technical performance of IGCT high power switching device is mainly discussed. The composition and characteristics of hardware and software for ACS6000 variable frequency drive system is also analyzed in brief.
